Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and work with you on a suitable solution, such as a replacement.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may only be changed or canceled within a short time after purchase. Once production or shipping has started, changes and cancellations may not be possible.
